background in establishing robust supplier management capability and delivering
through partnerships.

Led the delivery and successful implementation of many strategic change initiatives
across all major Banking and Insurance business areas.
Took the lead role in establishing the Electronic Patient Records Programme within an acute NHS
Foundation Trust, as part of a comprehensive IT strategy review.
I have worked as the Associate IT Director at Liverpool
Heart and Chest Hospital Foundation Trust, which is a specialist acute trust
with an international reputation for Patient care.
The trust recognized a need to overhaul its IT Strategy in light of the
National Programme for IT failing to deliver the anticipated benefits. As such, I have spent 12 months with
the Trust undertaking a complete overhaul of the IT Strategy, Infrastructure and
IT service delivery.
I am currently working with North Mersey Health Informatics Service (NMHIS) as the Interim Transformation Programme Director.
NMHIS is an IT Shared Service provider for eight NHS Trusts across the North Mersey Community.
The Senior Management team recognized that an extensive programme of change was required in order to prepare the organization for the challenges faced in the current climate and I have designed and mobilsed a programme of work to completely transform their Strategic direction, Operational Efficiency, Organisational Culture, Employee Engagement levels and Leadership capability.
Many years working in the Financial Services Sector for the
Co-operative Financial Services (CFS), performing a number of significant
leadership roles in the transformation of the organisation from an outdated and
failing institution into arguably the High Streets most successful financial
services provider of recent years.
These included senior roles within IT, Change Management and Business
Operations.
